RevUp: Accelerate Student Learning with REF
Let's rally together to provide Ravenswood schools with a boost! The pandemic has taken an especially heavy toll on Ravenswood students. The impact high cost of prolonged remote learning can deny students from getting the education they need for a brighter future. Research shows that students might be as much as a year behind in learning, an impact which disproportionately affects the predominantly black, Hispanic students and Pacific Islander students of East Palo Alto and eastern Menlo Park.
REF’s mission is to ensure high quality and equitable educational opportunities for the 2,000 Ravenswood students in grades k-8.
Join us to RevUP and rally to accelerate student learning in Ravenswood. The special initiative will fund District efforts, ranging from enhanced summer school to an extended school day to mental health support, to address the devastating impact of the pandemic in our local schools.
