Ravenswood Talent Initiative
Compensation increase to levels comparable with surrounding districts, based on stronger annual evaluation system.

Enrichment and Collaboration
8 specialist teachers including art, music, dance, and PE and supplies for visual and performing arts program

Literacy Initiative
6 elementary literacy support positions to provide reading intervention and literacy coaching

STEM and Makerspace
Tinkerers, CCRMS CTE teacher, and lead Math TOSA, STEM and Makerspace supplies, curriculum, and science lab materials.

Middle School Initiative
Vice Principal, social worker, other key personnel, overnight field trips, athletics, family engagement, and student culture activities.

Whole Child & Family Support
Supports universal Transitional Kindergarten program and funds gift cards and resources for students and families in need.

RCSD Staff Development
Teacher leader stipends, professional development opportunities, discretionary school site grants, as well as staff appreciation gifts and meals. Fund 50% of the Chief Strategy Officer position and provides a fund for ongoing strategic projects within the Strategy, Talent, & Engagement department.
